Our electricity network covers eastern and north-eastern Victoria and Melbourne’s north and east. We’re focused on strengthening the electricity network so we can keep supplying safe and reliable power to our customers. We’re also preparing our customers in the event of an unplanned outage.

Every year, we send our customers information about:

  • how we’re maintaining a safe and reliable electricity supply for our customers
  • preparing for events that impact the network
  • how we manage emergencies and get your power back on after an outage.
  • our website so you can contact us when you need to.
