    Reconnection fees

     

    There are two fee options for reconnecting a property to the network after a fault has been repaired:

    • $672.21 ex GST - this applies between 8:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
    • $1176.37 ex GST - this applies on weekends, public holidays and after 3:00pm Monday to Friday.
     
    Fee waivers

    In some cases, there can be major delays to reconnections during periods of heightened fault activity and where appropriate, we may waive the reconnection fee. For example, during a major storm event where there is extensive damage to the electricity network.
