Prior to joining BlueScope, Adam worked at BHP from 1996 to 2001 in Corporate Strategy, M&A and Business Development.
Adam is a Chartered Accountant who also worked with Coopers & Lybrand’s Corporate Advisory group from 1989 to 1996 in both Perth and London.

Matt is responsible for managing the development and implementation of AusNet Services’ corporate strategy, business planning and transformation agenda.
Matt has more than 15 years of strategy and transformation experience in some of the world’s leading energy and utility companies. Prior to his appointment, Matt was Head of Utilities Transformation at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He was formerly a Partner at PwC in Australia and an Associate Principal in the Global Energy Practice of McKinsey & Company, based in London. During his career, he led numerous multi-year strategy and transformation programs for some of the world’s leading energy and utility companies.

Claire became the Executive General Manager - Governance in 2016, utilising more than 19 years' experience in the energy industry in risk management, governance, internal audit and corporate accounting. In this role, Claire is responsible for the risk, legal, company secretarial, information security and audit functions.
Prior to joining AusNet Services, Claire gained extensive external audit and advisory experience while working as a chartered accountant in both the United Kingdom and Australia. Claire is a Non-executive Director of the Energy and Water Ombudsman (Victoria) and the Institute of Internal Auditors Australia.
Chad Hymas, Executive General Manager - Mondo

Chad was appointed Executive General Manager - Commercial Energy Services (now Mondo) following three years as General Manager - Strategy and Business Development. In his role, Chad is responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the Commercial Energy Services business which brings unregulated infrastructure services, emerging energy markets, utility and metering services and asset intelligence services under one portfolio.
Chad's 15 years' experience in the energy industry provides him with a deep understanding of the industry's strategic, commercial and regulatory drivers which are essential in assessing the immediate and long term growth opportunities for AusNet Services. In his previous role, Chad led a range of strategic transformational initiatives including implementing the company-wide enterprise planning system, process improvements and acquisitions - the most notable being the Mortlake Terminal Station. Before moving into the energy industry, Chad started his career as an accountant with Arthur Anderson and Motorola Australia & New Zealand.
Geraldine Leslie, Executive General Manager - People, Safety and Corporate Affairs

Prior to joining AusNet Services in 2009, Geraldine worked at BlueScope Steel for almost nine years, holding senior HR leadership roles, including General Manager Human Resources for BlueScope's Australian Coated and Industrial Markets. Her background also incorporates various senior executive and leadership roles in the public health sector and local government.
Geraldine’s role incorporates human resources, health, safety environment and quality and corporate affairs functions for the Group, known as the People, Safety & Corporate Affairs division.
Alistair Parker, Executive General Manager - Regulated Energy Services

Alistair leads the Regulated Energy Services portfolio of businesses including three regulated energy networks, regulatory strategy, asset management, metering and service delivery. In this role, Alistair leads the transformation to ready the regulated business to meet the rapidly changing needs of customers over the next decade. He draws on more than 30 years' experience in the energy industry in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia.
Alistair's previous roles at AusNet Services include General Manager - Asset Management and Director, Regulation and Network Strategy. Before moving to Australia, Alistair spent 15 years with National Grid, UK, initially as an engineer and then moved into commercial roles. In 2000, he became a consultant with Ernst & Young in New Zealand before moving to Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Australia, ultimately as Melbourne Energy Economics Practice Leader.

Mario has more than 25 years’ experience in Information Technology (IT), building IT functions and leading large business change programs. Mario joined AusNet Services in 2013, following his role as Chief Information Officer for SA Power Networks. He has also held senior management positions in the government, postal utilities, retail and logistics sectors. In previous positions, Mr Tieppo has been responsible for strategy and planning, program and project management and the management of critical information systems.
Mario also has a strong financial background as a Certified Practicing Accountant in the areas of financial management, audit and procurement.
