Tony commenced in 2019 and has extensive experience in the energy sector, including prior roles as CEO of Endeavour Energy, and CEO of United Energy and Multinet Gas.
Tony has held senior executive roles at General Electric, ATCO Group and Verve Energy, spanning strategy, business development, commercial, operations, major projects and joint ventures in Australia and internationally.
Mark has been with us since 2010 in senior finance roles and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in December 2019. Previously he held senior corporate accounting, audit and assurance roles at Telstra and KPMG. Mark is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and is a former member of the CAANZ Victorian Corporate Advisory Panel.
This role is responsible for key finance functions. This includes financial governance and control, strategic financial oversight, treasury, insurance, tax, and risk.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a Chartered Accountant.
Prue joined the executive team in April 2019, having previously held a leadership role at Downer as General Manager Renewables and Power Systems. Prue has over 20 years’ experience in the energy sector and held senior operational and project leadership roles with CitiPower and Powercor. Her early career included significant operational and project management in the civil and major building construction industries.
This role is responsible for field operations and service delivery across the transmission, distribution and gas networks, including network operations and customer communications & engagement. It also includes health, safety & environment (HSE).
Prue holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration from Monash University.
Steven joined us in July 2020. Prior to that he was the General Manager for CitiPower/Powercor’s Electricity Networks and a member of its executive team. Steven has extensive experience in the energy sector and risk-based asset management practices, network performance, reliability improvement and capability development.
This role is responsible for asset management, planning, network engineering, reliability, and network safety across our three regulated electricity and gas networks. It also includes the digital portfolio.
Steven holds a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Swinburne University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Victoria University.
Chad has over 20 years’ experience in the energy industry across strategy, growth, regulation, operations and finance, having worked for TXU and AusNet Services since 2001. Most recently, Chad has led strategic market and business development, innovation and growth in existing and emerging markets including the establishment of the Mondo business. Chad began his career in finance with Arthur Andersen and Motorola Australia & New Zealand before joining the energy industry.
This role leads strategic market and business development, innovation and growth in existing and emerging markets and has accountability for advocacy, government relations and development policy.
Chad holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University, a Bachelor of Arts (Organisational Psychology)from Monash University, a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University and is a Certified Practising Accountant (ASCPA).
Jon has diverse executive leadership experience in the utilities sector, including strategy, company-wide transformation, business development and growth. Prior to joining us, Jon held senior executive roles including General Manager, Strategy and Insights at Endeavour Energy, and executive roles at United Energy and Multinet Gas and Synergy.
This role is responsible for managing the development and implementation of our strategy, regulatory policy and investor relations.
Jon holds a Master of Applied Finance – FINSIA, Chartered Accountant, and a Bachelor of Taxation from the University of NSW.
Jo joined us in 2020. Jo previously worked for several publicly listed and private organisations in Australia and overseas. Her recent corporate role was as the Group Manager – Strategy Execution at Latitude Financial Services. Prior to that she was Chief People Officer at Latitude, responsible for people, capability, culture, and corporate affairs. Jo enjoyed an 18-year career with BHP, working in multiple roles across Australia, UK and Canada.
This role is responsible for people, culture, sustainability, procurement, brand and communications. Also responsible for enterprise-wise transformation program (AusNeXt), ensuring the ongoing reinvention of the organisation.
Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Sydney.
